Kukkii Games (“Kukkii”, “we”, “us”) is the trading name of [LEGAL COMPANY NAME]. We make mobile games, including Godsblood, and we are the data controller responsible for your information. This policy explains what information we collect when you play our games or visit kukkii.games, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and collect as little as we can.

The short version: we don’t sell your data, we don’t require an account to play, and you can ask us to delete your data any time at hello@kukkii.games.

1. Information we collect

Information collected automatically

Gameplay and usage data — such as levels reached, session length, features used and in-game events, used to balance and improve the game.
Device and technical data — device model, operating system, language, app version, a random app-install identifier, and crash or performance diagnostics.
Purchase data — if you buy something in-game, we receive a record of the transaction (item, price, date, and a transaction ID). Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your card or billing details.

Information you give us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, precise location or advertising ID.

2. How we use information

To run the game, deliver purchases and restore them on a new device.
To understand how the game is played so we can fix bugs and make it better.
To respond to support requests.
To prevent fraud and keep the game fair.
To comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performance of our contract with you (running the game), our legitimate interests (improving the game and preventing abuse), and your consent where required.

3. Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

Apple App Store and Google Play — distribution, payments and refunds.
RevenueCat — managing and validating in-app purchases.
PostHog — product analytics and diagnostics.

We only work with providers that are contractually required to protect your data with the same or equal protection as described in this policy, and to use it only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our players and our studio.

4. Retention

We keep analytics data only as long as it’s useful for improving our games (typically no more than 24 months), and support emails for as long as needed to resolve your request. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

5. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@kukkii.games from any address and tell us which game you play; we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also:

Delete local game data by uninstalling the app.
Follow the steps on our data deletion page.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents

Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (an app-install ID), commercial information (purchase records), internet or other electronic activity (gameplay and diagnostics) and, if you email us, your email address — for the purposes in section 2. We have not sold or “shared” personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

EU, EEA and UK residents

You can exercise your rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR using the contact details below, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Children

Our games are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

9. This website

kukkii.games does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security purposes, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when you visit.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the game.
