Delete your data

Applies to Godsblood and all other apps by Kukkii Games

You can ask Kukkii Games to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. You don’t need an account and you don’t need to keep the app installed.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@kukkii.games with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us which game you play (for example, Godsblood) and the platform (iOS or Android).
3. We’ll confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Gameplay analytics and diagnostic data linked to your app-install ID.
• Support emails and any information you sent us.
• Purchase history records held by our purchase-management provider, except where we must keep them (see below).

Game progress is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

What we keep, and for how long

• Transaction records (item, price, date, transaction ID) — kept for up to 7 years where tax and accounting laws require it, then deleted.
• A record of your deletion request — kept for up to 12 months so we can show we handled it.

Purchases themselves are processed by Apple or Google; to delete data they hold, contact them directly.
